Sound like a smarty-pants and save! Be sure to ask a Natural Gas Advantage or other equipment dealer for a 90%+ AFUE model furnace. What’s AFUE? That’s the annual fuel utilization efficiency -- the measure of the system’s performance. A 90% or greater AFUE model condenses, which means it recaptures some of the heat wasted in traditional systems by condensing escaping flue gases– wasting much less energy.
Save $100 more when you replace your air conditioning unit at the same time you upgrade your natural gas furnace to a qualifying high efficiency model!
