Rebate applies to qualifying natural gas water heaters (.62 Energy Factor or greater), installed to replace an existing ELECTRIC water heater and purchased from any Georgia contractor licensed and certified to install natural gas water heaters. Purchases must be made between April 15, 2010, and June 30, 2010. Online rebate claim must be submitted within 45 days of purchase or installation of qualifying product. Supporting documentation must be postmarked within 90 days of purchase or installation of qualifying product. No exceptions. Customer is responsible for submitting rebate directly to Atlanta Gas Light within the timeframe established for the program. Rebates submitted through third parties (ie. HVAC dealers, plumbers, etc.) will not be accepted. Maximum annual rebate value per service address for all Atlanta Gas Light rebate promotions is $1,500. Offer good for purchases for remodeling or renovation of pre-existing homes, condominiums or townhouses in the Atlanta Gas Light service territory only. Offer not valid for new construction. This offer is only valid for customers of Atlanta Gas Light who have a current gas account in good standing with a Georgia certified natural gas marketer for whom Atlanta Gas Light provides natural gas. Employees of Atlanta Gas Light, dealers and retailers are eligible to participate in this offer so long as they meet all other criteria. Please allow at least eight weeks after your completed claim (including supporting documentation as required per offer) is received to receive your rebate. Rebates will be paid in U.S. dollars. Atlanta Gas Light reserves the right to withdraw or terminate these offers at any time upon reasonable notice posted on our website at www.atlantagaslight.com or by informing our retail and dealer partners, and providing documentation that clearly communicates end dates for purchases. You must provide all the information requested in the online submission form and deliver supporting documentation as required in order to be eligible, including a copy of proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) and proof of installation (work order or receipt). Incomplete entries will not be processed and will not be returned. Atlanta Gas Light reserves the right to substantiate sales receipts, serial numbers and installation information, and to request additional documentation. Physical inspection for verification of claims may be required. Product may not be returned for full purchase price once the rebate has been fulfilled. Rebate may be fulfilled, at the discretion of Atlanta Gas Light, via a prepaid debit card that expires one year from date of fulfillment, and which may be subject to additional terms and conditions between the rebate recipient and the issuing bank, or via a check, in which event rebate offer expires for this submission if rebate check is not cashed within 90 days of check date. By submitting a claim, you consent to our collection, use and disclosure of the information contained in it, together with any information you may subsequently provide to us, to any person or entity for the purpose of processing this form or responding to your requests and for internal business purposes in accordance with our privacy policy. If multiple purchases that qualify for rebate offers are on the same receipt, please include online summary form printouts and supporting documentation for each offer in one envelope, and circle the product and purchase price on the sales receipt.
